TOGAF™ Certification enables architecture practitioners to demonstrate that their products and services are leveraging TOGAF™ (The Open Group's Architecture Framework). TOGAF™'s Architecture Development Method is a comprehensive, open method for enterprise architecture that is supported by various architecture resources and reference models. It complements, and can be used in conjunction with all major frameworks.

The TOGAF™ certification programme enables organisations to standardise on an internationally accepted open method for enterprise architecture and avoid lock-in to the proprietary methods of major consulting firms.
