Introduction

Process modelling is a foundational skill required to be able to implement a complete Business Process Management capability in an organisation.  The Business Process Management  Notation (BPMN) is emerging as the standard for business process modelling due to the ability to export and exchange the models and enable business process automation.

Course Description

The course runs over a full five days and includes many practical exercises as well as a full day assessment on the fourth day that will consolidate the learning in a very practical way. The course if very comprehensive and will leave the delegate with a good understanding and practical capability to apply process modelling at various levels of abstraction.

The course instructors have architecture experience both from a consulting and a corporate point of view and is therefore familiar with many real world challenges.
